Gastric erosion is recommended to review gastroscopy once every 3 months to 2 years.
Gastric erosion is mostly caused by erosive gastritis, in which the gastric mucosa undergoes mucosal damage such as congestion, edema, and erosion, and the depth of mucosal damage does not exceed the mucosal muscular layer. Gastric erosion can be given to inhibit gastric acid secretion of drugs such as proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor blockers; can also be added with mucosal protective agents to promote mucosal repair and hemostasis.
Mild erosion can improve the symptoms after regular treatment, and it is recommended to review gastroscopy in 1~2 years; if the erosion is very serious, magnified staining endoscopy can be added to observe whether there are early cancerous lesions; if pre-cancerous lesions are found, depending on the specific situation, generally 3~6 months or 1 year review gastroscopy can be done to achieve early diagnosis, early detection and early treatment of gastric cancer.
If you have gastric erosion, you need to go to the hospital as soon as possible, and the doctor will formulate individualized diagnosis and treatment plan according to your specific condition, so as not to delay your condition.
