Small bumps on the clavicle that can move may be caused by several reasons: First, there may be some spastic muscle strips that are attached to the relevant muscles both above and below the clavicle. In this case, if there are some spastic muscle strips within the associated muscles, then it is possible for the patient to feel such small bumps and be able to move them when touching above and below the clavicle. Second, this condition may be caused by the enlarged lymph nodes here. There are normal lymph nodes in the supraclavicular fossa, and if the lymph nodes here are enlarged due to inflammation, infection, or tumors, then the swelling may also appear. Third, this condition may be caused by a lipoma here. Although the surface of the clavicle is covered by thin soft tissue, if the patient is fat, the subcutaneous fat in this area may also produce lipomas, which may lead to the above symptoms. Finally, this condition can also be caused by parasites. If the patient has a severe parasitic disease, it is possible that the associated worms may have been touched while crawling here.
