Lipo knife surgery does not cure HPV infection. HPV infection is not necessarily confined to the cervix, but may also be present in the vaginal wall, so it is not possible to remove the entire cervix and the anterior part of the vaginal wall during excision. Therefore, it is not possible to remove the infection, but only the localized cervical lesion, and if the localized cervical lesion is deep, it is not possible to completely remove the cervical lesion. In most cases, HPV infection can subside on its own, usually within six months, and if it does not subside, it can be treated with drugs such as interferon or thymidine, depending on the situation.
