Patients with leukemia suffer from cerebral hemorrhage due to the abnormal hematopoietic function resulting in the reduction of the number or dysfunction of platelet production and the destruction of coagulation factors, etc. Drugs should be used to target the cause of bleeding or symptomatic treatment as follows:
1. For the cause of bleeding: due to the reduction of platelets and destruction of coagulation factors, concentrated platelet suspension and fresh plasma should be transfused in time to replenish platelets and coagulation factors and strengthen hemostasis.
2. Symptomatic treatment: intracranial hypertension will occur after cerebral hemorrhage, and hemostatic treatment should be carried out in time, using some hemostatic drugs, such as 6-aminohexanoic acid, phenolsulfonyl ethylamine, white-browed snake venom hemagglutinin, epinephrine and so on, in addition to the use of mannitol, glycerol fructose and so on to reduce cranial pressure by dehydration, and at the same time pay attention to the daily protection, such as keeping the body temperature in the normal range, keeping the lying position and so on, to avoid aggravating the hemorrhage.
3. If the intracranial hemorrhage is serious, craniotomy is necessary to remove the hematoma.
It is recommended that you should go to the hospital in time, under the doctor’s assessment and diagnosis of treatment and rescue, the above involved drugs should be used under the guidance of the doctor.
