The clinical manifestations of pulmonary encephalopathy include neurasthenia and acute encephalopathy symptom clusters; this disease is also known as pulmonary heart-brain syndrome, which refers to brain tissue damage caused by chronic bronchitis combined with emphysema, pulmonary heart disease and pulmonary failure.
1. Neurasthenia symptom clusters such as dizziness, headache, lightheadedness, fatigue and weakness, blurred vision, loss of calculation and memory and attention, reduced work ability, lack of interest, difficulty in falling asleep and early awakening.
2. Acute encephalopathy symptoms such as varying degrees of impaired consciousness (drowsiness, lethargy or coma), uncoordinated movements, panicky gait, restlessness, audio-visual hallucinations and delusions.
If there is any discomfort, it is recommended that the patient go to a regular hospital for consultation and treatment, and not to blindly deal with it on their own in order to avoid delaying the condition.
