The intestinal mucosa can regenerate after detachment. If there is intestinal mucosa detachment, which is more common in enterostomy, due to local ischemia after the stoma, the surface of the stoma may appear localized blackness and darkness, and so on. After changing the medication, in about 3-5 days, there can be the surrounding intestinal mucosal cells crawling over, and then it can heal by itself. If there is a polyp in the intestine, it can be resected under endoscopy, after the polyp is resected, there can be intestinal mucosal cells crawling around the wound to cover the surface again, so that the intestinal mucosa can heal well. If the intestinal mucosa is detached more, it is necessary to pay attention to whether intestinal perforation occurs during the healing process. If perforation occurs, it may manifest as diffuse peritonitis, and the patient needs to be regularly observed for changes in condition and abdominal pain.
