3.1 When to take Chinese herbal poultices
As the cream is mostly nourishing and tonic, it is usually suitable to be taken on an empty stomach to facilitate drug absorption. If it is used for gastrointestinal diseases or for those who are prone to abdominal discomfort or loss of appetite on an empty stomach, the time to take the medicine should be about 1 hour after meals.

3.5 Preservation methods of Chinese herbal poultices
Low temperature storage. After the ointment formula is activated, it should be properly stored. Because the cream contains sugar and animal protein, it is easy to become moldy and deteriorate at high temperature, so the storage environment must be cool and dry, and it should be put into the refrigerator in time after each dose to prevent deterioration.
