Standard weight for a boy of 5’7

The standard weight for a boy of 5’7″ is about 63kg or 65kg.
There are more formulas for calculating the standard weight for boys. If a simple formula is used, i.e., Standard Weight in Kilograms = Height in Centimeters – 105, then the standard weight for a boy of 1.7 meters would be 63kg.
If the standard weight formula for adults is used for calculation, i.e. standard weight in kilograms = (height in centimeters – 100) x 0.9, then the standard weight for a boy of one meter seven would be 65kg.
In general, weight fluctuations of 10% or less above and below the standard weight is considered normal weight, and greater than 10% is considered abnormal weight. If the weight fluctuates more than 20% above or below the standard weight, it often indicates obesity or emaciation, and there may be some health hazards, such as high blood pressure, malnutrition, anemia, and over-nutrition.
If the patient is obese or emaciated, it is recommended to adjust the dietary structure and lifestyle in a timely manner and go to a specialized hospital for regular physical examination.
