How long can you live without treatment for liver cancer

It is impossible to simply judge the survival time of liver cancer without treatment.
1. Liver cancer is a malignant tumor occurring in the liver. If liver cancer belongs to the early stage, or if the patient’s physical condition is relatively good, or if the patient’s age is relatively young, etc., even if the patient does not receive treatment, the survival time will be relatively long, which may be six months, one year or one and a half years, or even longer.
2. If the liver cancer is in the middle or late stage and there is no metastasis of the cancer cells, the patient may survive for three months, half a year and so on.
3. If the cancer cells have already metastasized, the survival time of the patient will be shorter, which may be one to three months.
To sum up, it is impossible to judge how long liver cancer can live without treatment. However, it is suggested that liver cancer patients should go to hospitals as soon as possible to receive systematic treatment, such as surgery, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, etc., in order to prolong the patients’ life as much as possible and improve the quality of their survival.
