What’s wrong with your legs?

Low head leg numbness should be considered whether due to cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, or not related to low head, because diabetes affects the peripheral nerves leading to numbness in the legs.
1. Cervical spondylosis: spinal cord cervical spondylosis, due to backward herniation of intervertebral discs, if caused by the compression of the central nervous system will lead to numbness in the limbs. It may be aggravated when the head is bowed, but there will not be a single numbness in the legs. Generally, there are also symptoms such as limb weakness and the feeling of stepping on cotton when walking.
2. Lumbar disc herniation: Long-term bad posture, such as writing with head down, aging causes nucleus pulposus dehydration and other factors may lead to lumbar disc herniation, and the protruding nucleus pulposus compresses the sciatic nerve, resulting in numbness along the sciatic nerve travel area. Low head can cause lumbar activity, stimulate and cause the sciatic nerve, causing numbness symptoms in the feet.
3. Diabetes: diabetic patients with poor glycemic control, fluctuations, can cause peripheral neuropathy, which is manifested as numbness, sensory abnormalities and other symptoms, and low head has no major correlation.
If the above symptoms, need to exclude whether there are intracranial diseases such as vascular embolism and intracranial tumors and other diseases, should promptly consult a doctor, improve the magnetic resonance examination, clear the cause of the disease, alleviate the symptoms.
