If the glass slag grows inside the flesh and the glass slag is relatively large, it can usually be removed by cutting the skin after local anesthesia and finding the glass slag. If the glass slag is relatively small, like dusty, granular, this situation is difficult to find even with surgical exploration. There are two ways to deal with this situation: first, in the vicinity of the glass slag, directly remove the local skin, subcutaneous tissue and then do wound suturing, generally glass slag will be cut out with the soft tissue of the skin out of the body. Second, directly regardless of it, glass slag in the inside of the infection, if there is a purulent infection, glass slag generally grows inside the pus, can be drained through the local wound incision, glass slag with the pus out of the body.
