Small white pus spots in the nostrils may be related to diseases such as nasal vestibular boils and sebaceous cysts.
1. Nasal vestibule boil: it is a localized infectious disease, purulent infection, and the common causative organism is Staphylococcus aureus, which can lead to local redness, swelling and pain. A single, tiny infected foci may have no obvious symptoms, and a yellowish-white pustule will appear on the top of the boils when they mature in about 1 week of the onset of the disease.
2. Sebaceous cysts: mainly due to the obstruction of sebaceous gland excretory ducts, generally benign lesions, slow-growing, there will be a pinhead-sized umbilical concavity-like openings in the center of the cysts, which usually do not cause pain and other discomforts, but if the secondary infection, it will lead to localized pain, redness and swelling, and so on.
Pus spots in the nostrils need to be examined by a specialist for a clear diagnosis, do not judge and treat them on your own.
