Staging of diabetes mellitus

Stage 4: that is, the clinical stage of diabetic nephropathy, the patient’s kidney function decreases dramatically, manifested by increased albumin in urine, edema and hypertension; 5. Stage 5: that is, the end stage, also known as advanced uremia, the patient may be ineffective through conventional conservative medical treatment and requires replacement therapy.
