High pressure 113mmHg, low pressure 74mmHg normally do not need to take antihypertensive drugs, if the blood pressure is normal after taking medication, should be subject to medical advice.
Normal: Blood pressure 113/74mmHg is within the range of normal blood pressure and does not require antihypertensive drugs. The use of antihypertensive drugs generally requires blood pressure to reach a level above grade 2 hypertension, i.e., high pressure above 160 mmHg or (and) low pressure above 100 mmHg. Grade 1 hypertension also requires early medication if there is damage to target organs or other complications.
After taking the medication: If the blood pressure drops to the normal range after taking the medication, the antihypertensive medication should be taken as prescribed by the doctor, but the blood pressure should be kept under constant surveillance, and it is recommended to stop the medication and go to the hospital for checkups in case of hypotension and other conditions.
