Small underarm granules may be lipomas, sebaceous cysts, fibromas and infectious molluscum contagiosum.
1. Lipoma: benign lesion, caused by fat deposition, manifested as painless, smooth and well-moved lumps under the skin.
2. Sebaceous cysts: hard texture, combined with infection can form abscesses, redness, swelling, heat and pain.
