Pre-operative care for renal puncture

Before the kidney puncture, its care is mainly for the following aspects: Firstly, you cannot eat too spicy food, such as chili, spicy fries, spicy hotpot, etc. in the week before the operation. Second, do not drink alcoholic beverages. Third, do not eat food that is difficult to digest and easy to form hard stools, such as dried vegetables, dried mushrooms, dried beans, etc., because if constipation leads to increased abdominal pressure after the puncture, it is easy to cause bleeding in the kidneys. Fourth, you can properly consume more foods rich in vitamins and fibers, such as fruits and green vegetables. The nutrients in these foods help the body to repair and recover as soon as possible. Fifth, you can appropriately consume more high quality protein with low fat and low cholesterol content, such as fish and shrimp. Sixth, do not do too much intense exercise a week before surgery. Seventh, you need to take a shower 1-2 days before the operation. This is because it is not possible to take a shower for a week after the puncture to prevent infection of the puncture site. Other precautions can be taken by consulting with the piercing physician.
