Xuan Gui point is an acupoint on the Ren vein, this point is located in the chest, on the anterior midline, 1 inch below the upper fossa of the sternum and 1 inch below the tian tu. Anatomically located on the sternal stalk, it has anterior penetrating branches of the internal thoracic vein and artery, and is covered with the medial branch of the anterior cutaneous branch of the 1st intercostal nerve, as well as the anterior branch of the suprathoracic clavicle nerve.
