What’s wrong with chest congestion during exercise?

When the symptom of chest congestion occurs after exercise, we should consider whether coronary heart disease or exertional angina occurs. At this time, we should ask the patient whether the symptoms of chest tightness appear at the junction of the middle and upper third of the posterior sternum, whether there is any discrete pain, and what is the time limit of the tightness, whether it can be relieved within a few minutes after rest, and not more than 20 minutes or half an hour. The patient should also be asked about the nature of the pain when the pain is dull, and whether there is a degree of cutting pain. When the patient has boredom, compare the dynamic changes of the electrocardiogram at the time of onset and at rest without onset, and if necessary, perform coronary angiography or coronary CT to clarify the diagnosis.
