I’ve had no pain for half a month, is that good?

Half a month without pain in the external ankle fracture does not mean that the recovery is good, only after the fracture is completely healed, it means that the fracture is good.
Fracture healing can not be judged solely on the basis of pain, need to be judged from the following points: first of all, the fracture site without direct pressure symptoms, no longitudinal percussion pain; fracture site without abnormal activity, as well as bone friction sound, bone friction sensation; and in the X-ray film, the fracture line is blurred or disappeared, and so on.
Fracture healing should be judged comprehensively from the above situations, only from the pain is not enough. Daily attention should be paid to functional exercises to prevent local muscle atrophy and promote functional recovery, avoid weight bearing and falls to prevent secondary injuries.
