Prevention of anal pruritus

  Anal pruritus can be prevented, starting from the following aspects: ① timely treatment of systemic and local diseases that can cause anal pruritus, such as internal hemorrhoids, anal fissures, anal fistulas, diarrhea, parasitic diseases, etc.  ② Avoid eating or contacting food or products that you are allergic to, such as seafood, paint, etc.  ③Don’t use tight and hard underwear to avoid rubbing the anal skin; don’t rub the anus with contaminated paper, dirt, sticks, etc.  ④Keep the anus clean and dry, and wash it with warm water frequently.  ⑤ Avoid anxiety and tension, and do not scratch the anal skin.
