Pruritus symptoms

  I. Definition: pruritus without rash issued by a skin neuropathy, mostly in the autumn and winter. Take less baths, 2-3 times a week is appropriate.  5. Avoid using electric blankets.  6. Use more body creams.  7. Eat more fruits and vegetables, such as pears, apples, pecans, peppers, lilies, green vegetables, etc., and less hot fruits.  Note: If the itching is still unbearable through care, it is recommended to go to the hospital.
