The local steps of femoral head replacement surgery are as follows: first, lumbar and hard joint anesthesia in the lateral position, after satisfactory anesthesia, catheterization is given; second, the surgical limb is disinfected with iodophor three times and sterile dressing is laid; third, the surgical incision is generally chosen for the posterior lateral approach to the hip joint, the skin and subcutaneous skin are cut to reveal the external rotation short muscle, and the external rotation short muscle is cut to gradually expose the femoral head and femoral neck. Then, the femoral head was removed by cutting the femoral neck at 1 cm above the base of the femoral neck with a saw, and the acetabular floor was polished with a grinding drill and the corresponding acetabular cup prosthesis was placed. On the other side, the bone was reamed and the corresponding prosthesis stem was placed, and the femoral head prosthesis was placed on the stem, and the hip was reset and tested for dislocation in all directions, including flexion, internal rotation, external rotation, abduction, and posterior extension. A large amount of saline was used to flush the incision, stop bleeding completely and place a drainage tube, and close the incision layer by layer with a gauze dressing to cover the incision.
