Thyroid nodules usually cannot be dispersed by massage. Patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules first need to determine the nature of the nodules, if it is benign, asymptomatic, small thyroid nodules generally do not need special treatment, regular review can be; malignant or nodules larger produce breathing difficulties, dysphagia and other symptoms of compression of the thyroid nodules need to consider surgical resection. Therefore, massage alone can not make the thyroid nodules spread, and can not play a role in the treatment of thyroid nodules; and, accompanied by hyperthyroidism thyroid nodule patients are not recommended to carry out thyroid massage, so as not to stimulate the thyroid gland to aggravate the condition. Patients diagnosed with thyroid nodules should actively cooperate with their doctors and follow scientific treatment methods.
