Anti-hepatitis C virus drugs are currently mainly oral direct antiviral small molecule drugs, which target different genetic loci of the hepatitis C virus to inhibit hepatitis C virus replication, with cure rates close to 100%. The former is effective against almost all six genotypes of hepatitis C virus infection, and the latter two are more effective against genotype 1 hepatitis C virus infection. The course of treatment is mostly 3 months, and may be extended to 6 months in patients with combined cirrhosis.
