Daily diet of hemodialysis patients needs to pay attention to supplementing protein, consuming sufficient calories, controlling fluid intake, limiting sodium, potassium and phosphorus. 1. Supplementary protein: each hemodialysis will consume a large amount of protein, and the recommended protein intake is 1.0~1.2g/(kg.d). In the low protein diet, about 50% of the protein should be high biological value protein, such as fish, lean meat, fresh milk, eggs and so on. 2. Adequate calorie intake: generally 30~45kcal/kg per day. 3. Control fluid intake: excessive intake of water may lead to cardiovascular complications and water intoxication, etc. Between two dialysis sessions, the weight gain should not be higher than 4%-5%. 4. Limit sodium, potassium and phosphorus: daily sodium intake should be controlled within 3g to prevent hypertension and heart failure. At the same time, potassium intake should be limited to prevent hyperkalemia. Avoid foods with high phosphorus content to prevent metabolic bone disease. If patients undergoing hemodialysis experience any discomfort, it is recommended that they go to regular hospitals in time and receive standardized treatment under the guidance of doctors.
