For polio vaccination, i.e. sugar pills, special attention should be paid to the following points: i. Pay attention to the timing of the vaccine for children. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th full months after the baby’s birth are the age for the first dose of sugar pills. At the age of 1.5 years, 2 years and 4 years, an additional dose will be taken respectively. Second, it must be delivered with cold boiled water. For infants, the pills must be crushed with a spoon and dissolved in cold boiled water. Third, do not use breast milk to deliver. Breast milk contains antibodies against viruses, which can make the pills useless. Four, vomiting after the need to take a supplement. Some children vomit when they cry or take sugar pills, so they must take them again. Five, sugar pills need to be refrigerated. Sugar pills must be stored at low temperature, -22 ℃, the validity of 2 years. 2 ℃ -10 ℃, the validity of storage for 5 months. Sixth, master contraindications, where there are immunodeficiency diseases, leukemia, malignant tumors and immunosuppressive drugs being used, is prohibited.
