The 5-year survival rate of stage 1b poorly differentiated lung adenocarcinoma is about 68%. Stage 1b hypofractionated lung adenocarcinoma belongs to early stage lung cancer, which refers to the tumor volume of the primary site is more than 3cm or the invasion of the visceral pleura has been formed, but there is no phenomenon of lymphatic or distal organ metastasis. In this period, patients are mostly treated with radical surgical resection, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be carried out after surgery. However, because it is a low-differentiated tumor with high malignant degree, it needs regular follow-up examination and appropriate extension of late consolidation treatment to avoid recurrence. Once recurrence occurs, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other means should be adopted in combination with the recurrence site and situation to provide targeted treatment. It is recommended that patients actively cooperate with the treatment in order to prolong the survival period.
