Children with cerebral palsy with mental retardation can get better through rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation training, but they cannot be completely cured from the root to normal. Although this part of the child cannot be cured, rehabilitation is still recommended because partial rehabilitation treatment during the developmental period, such as guided education training, manual therapy training, targeted language training, and cognitive training, can partially develop the child’s intelligence. This enables some children to receive education, go into society, and start a family in the future. Although there are deficiencies compared to the average child, we can develop the child’s potential to the greatest extent possible, so that the child can adapt to society to the greatest extent possible and further reduce and eliminate disabilities. This will improve the quality of life of the child, so although the child cannot be cured, rehabilitation should be carried out.
