Acupuncture Points for Dampness Cupping

The Foot Sanli point is located three inches below the eye of the outer knee on the outer side of the calf. Pulling the Foot Sanli point can soothe the tendons and activate blood circulation, tonify the middle Jiao and benefit the qi (treating qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), dispel wind and remove dampness, and invigorate the spleen and benefit the stomach. Pulling San Yin Jiao point has the effect of tonifying the liver and kidney, relaxing the meridians and channels, nourishing Yin and strengthening the spleen, helping to eliminate edema and dispel dampness.
