Can ultrasound check for myocardial ischemia?

Myocardial ischemia cannot be diagnosed by ultrasound unless severe myocardial ischemia resulting in partial weakening of the ventricular wall is indicated on ultrasound. Myocardial ischemia is mainly due to myocardial ischemia and hypoxia caused by narrowing or spasm of the coronary arteries, resulting in a series of symptoms. To determine the location of myocardial ischemia and the degree of ischemia, electrocardiography, coronary CTA, coronary angiography, and myocardial imaging are performed to determine myocardial ischemia. Coronary angiography is usually the gold standard for myocardial ischemia, and if coronary angiography shows a coronary stenosis of more than 70%, coronary stent implantation or surgical open-heart bypass grafting will be performed. These treatments can improve myocardial ischemia, and cardiotonic, diuretic, coronary expansion, anticoagulant drugs should be given in order to make the patient recover more quickly.
