Breast cancer BI-RADS grading of 4c should first confirm the nature of the lesion; benign lesions do not affect survival time, while cure of patients with malignant lesions, based on a five-year survival rate, is around 90% in the early stages, 60-70% in the intermediate stages, and generally less than 30% in the advanced stages. In clinical work, in order to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of breast nodular lesions, breast nodular lesions are graded according to various examinations. They are generally categorized into seven grades, with the higher the grade, the greater the likelihood that the patient’s lesion will be malignant. Grade 4 is subdivided into three subgrades, a, b, and c. 4c indicates that the patient is at the stage of suspected malignancy and the lesion should be diagnosed through pathologic examination. Combined with the lesion, the lesion will be directly excised or the nature of the lesion will be confirmed by puncture cytology. If the lesion is benign, it usually does not affect the patient’s survival time. Closely observe the development of the lesion and, if necessary, remove the lesion at an early stage. If malignant lesions are diagnosed, it is necessary to clarify the stage of the disease, and then take measures such as surgical treatment, radiotherapy treatment, targeted drug therapy, endocrine therapy and so on. Try to prolong the survival time of patients.
