What ointment to use for acne

(1) Vitamin A acid cream belongs to the vitamin A acid class of drugs, the drug has a dissolving keratin and inhibit the role of Propionibacterium acnes, suitable for some papular, nodular acne. The adverse effects of the drug are mainly manifested as stinging, peeling, erythema and so on.
(2) Adapalene gel belongs to retinoid compounds, at the same time has the role of dissolving keratin and anti-inflammatory, applicable to various types of acne. The adverse effects of the drug are mainly erythema, flaking, itching as well as dryness and so on.
