Cao Guo has the efficacy of warming the middle and drying dampness, intercepting malaria and removing phlegm, and can be used for plague fever, malaria cold and heat, cold and dampness internal obstruction, plumpness (stomach distension and discomfort) and vomiting, and epigastric (stomach and epigastric abdomen) distension and pain.
People with Yin deficiency and blood dryness should be cautious of using Saxifrage and Cao Guo, the adverse effects of which are not known. Do not use the drugs by yourself.
