Severe varicocele: characterized by obvious varicose veins on the epidermis of the scrotum, the patient has obvious dull pain, and the expanded spermatic veins in the scrotum can be touched by physical examination, which are earthworm-like and the vein walls are hard and hypertrophic to the touch. In addition, if there are still fertility requirements, it is recommended that sperm activity should be checked to determine whether there is oligospermia, weak spermatozoa, sperm deformities and so on.
