If the lung shadows are caused by long-term heavy smoking, smoke less or give up smoking. If the shadows are old lung lesions, such as fibrous foci, calcified foci or fibrous streak shadows, they can be treated according to medical advice. If the shadows are small, your doctor may recommend regular review for dynamic observation.
