Acne can be caused by acne, Malassezia folliculitis, and chickenpox. 1. Acne: The pathogenesis of acne is still not fully elucidated. Heredity, androgen-induced sebum secretion, keratinization of follicular sebaceous gland ducts, propagation of Propionibacterium acnes, and immune-inflammatory responses may be involved. Lesions include acne, inflammatory papules and pustules at the follicular opening, as well as nodules, cysts and scarring. 2. Malassezia folliculitis: Folliculitis is inflammatory damage to the hair follicles caused by Malassezia. Typical lesions are inflammatory follicular papules, papules or small pustules, hemispherical in shape, 2-4mm in diameter, surrounded by a red halo, which can be extruded as powdery fat. 3. Chickenpox: varicella-zoster virus is the pathogen that causes chickenpox; lesions are initially red macules, which gradually change into papules, papules, blisters and pustules. There are many causes of chickenpox, patients are advised to seek medical examination to clarify the cause of the disease and timely treatment.
