Can deep caries near the pulp still be filled?

Deep caries near pulp can still be filled.
Deep caries in patients with deep caries has reached the deep dentin layer, close to the pulp, or has affected the pulp. It may be due to the cariogenic food tightly adhering to the tooth surface formed by salivary proteins on the acquired film, in the appropriate temperature, there is enough time in the plaque deep acid production, erosion of the tooth, resulting in cavities.
Deep caries near the pulp can be filled. If no spontaneous pain is produced or the caries has not reached the pulpal cavity on radiographs, conservative treatment such as filling or appeasement treatment followed by filling can be carried out first. If there is pain at a later stage, root canal treatment is needed because the inflammation may have invaded the pulp.
It is recommended that patients with deep caries go to regular hospitals for fillings and follow the doctor’s instructions to avoid delays.
