In the last two years, we have admitted more than 10 consecutive cases of young and beautiful female colorectal cancer patients (in their 20s, mostly unmarried), and most of them were found late, with no family history, and all of them have the same bad habits: they like to shop, eat while shopping, eat out for a long time, especially often eating barbecue, roadside skewers, spicy hotpot, grilled sausage, drinking roadside drinks, etc., for several years. In the absence of genetic factors, we believe that this is the main cause of development in young patients. Other causes of colorectal cancer: 1. Genetic history, patients as they get older, so that the tissues and organs in various parts of the patient’s body also undergo corresponding degeneration, and the time for various pathogenic factors to stimulate the colonic mucosa also grows, and most patients develop the disease after the age of fifty. Such as patients with familial polyposis, HNPCC, etc. 2, benign polyps, adenomas should not be underestimated. Again most colorectal cancers develop from small precancerous lesions, they are called polyps. Among them, choroidal adenoma polyps are more likely to develop into cancer. 3, the patient’s family history, through expert investigation, found that the disease has a very obvious phenomenon of family clustering, such as parents, who have had colorectal cancer, he has a higher risk of developing this disease in his life than the general population. 4, Obesity and exercise lead to it, especially if the patient belongs to the obese type, which is an independent risk factor for colorectal cancer, and too little physical activity is a risk factor for colorectal cancer. 5.Patients smoke. 6, caused by heavy alcohol consumption, excessive alcohol intake is related to colorectal cancer, and alcohol is also a risk factor for colorectal adenoma, but the exact reason is not clear. Reducing alcohol intake is beneficial to the prevention of colorectal cancer. 7, caused by reproductive factors, hormones and reproductive factors may affect the occurrence of colorectal cancer. 8, history of colitis disease, such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis may increase the chance of colorectal cancer. 9, dietary habits, high-calorie, high-fat, low-fiber diet, large amount of meat, marinated, barbecued food, large amount of additives, coloring food, etc. Others are micronutrient deficiency, post cholecystectomy, etc. We can’t change the internal causes, only through medical checkups to detect tumors at an early stage, and we can intervene in the external causes by adopting good living habits, healthy diet, eating fresh food, organic food and less synthetic food. Try to eat your own meal, less roadside food, outside diet. Suggestions, quit smoking and limit alcohol do not rush, proper exercise not fatigue, diet life to regular, optimistic mood is most important! Adopt good habits to keep away from colorectal tumor! Any disease will bring great harm to us and our family, so we must do a good job related to the prevention of this disease, and strive to achieve early treatment with disease and early prevention without disease.
