The latest lung squamous cancer targeted agents are PD-1 immune agents such as K and O drugs, EGFR, ALK, ROS1 positive targeted agents such as gefitinib, erlotinib, erlotinib and crizotinib. First-generation TKl or ALK, ROS1-targeted drugs that failed treatment: oxitinib and ceritinib, erlotinib, and enzatinib, and vascular-targeted drugs, such as apatinib and anlotinib.
