The cure rate for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is around 50%, which means that about 50% of patients can be cured by immunochemotherapy and about 50% cannot be cured and relapse or undergo 2nd-line treatment. Treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is stratified according to stage, different prognosis, and the patient’s physical condition. Stage I and II are mainly based on chemotherapy plus immunotherapy, while stage III and IV are mainly immunotherapy plus chemotherapy, and local radiotherapy can be added if there is residual after passing immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. Of course, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with very poor prognosis, high malignancy and aggressiveness can be combined with autologous stem cell transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation to further prolong the survival time and reduce the relapse rate of the patient.
