What are the risk factors for hand, foot and mouth disease?

  It is a high season for HFMD, most of the cases are mild, but there are a few cases that can easily turn into serious or critical illness, early identification of HFMD risk factors can win valuable time for timely treatment.  1, age less than 3 years, especially the 7-12 months age group; 2, persistent high fever or progressive increase in body temperature, temperature greater than 39 ℃; 3, poor peripheral circulation manifestations: face, skin (especially palms, soles) pale, slightly cold hands and feet; 4, respiration, heart rate significantly increased, can not be explained by fever, except for crying factors; 5, irritability, crying, easily startled, vomiting, limb trembling or weakness 6. significantly increased (greater than 15×109/L) or significantly decreased (less than 2×109/L) peripheral blood leukocyte count; 7. significantly increased blood glucose (greater than 9 mmol/L); 8. hypertension.
