Sudden nosebleed may be dry rhinitis, coagulation dysfunction, nasal fibroangioma, nasopharyngeal carcinoma and other reasons.
1. Dry rhinitis: it may be related to long-term malnutrition and lack of vitamins, dry climate, basic dust stimulation, etc. Nasal mucous membrane secretion is significantly reduced, nasal cavity is dry and congested, capillary fragility is increased, and it is very easy to rupture and bleed suddenly.
2. Coagulation dysfunction: leukemia, aplastic anemia and so on lead to bone marrow hematopoietic dysfunction, platelet synthesis is insufficient; hemophilia, hepatic disease, coagulation factor synthesis is insufficient, the above conditions lead to coagulation dysfunction, so suddenly nosebleed.
3. Nasal fibrous hemangioma: a kind of common benign tumor in nasopharynx which is mostly seen in young men, the tumor contains extremely rich vascular tissues, so it is very easy to have nosebleed, accompanied by progressive nasal congestion and other symptoms.
4. Nasopharyngeal cancer: a common malignant tumor of nasopharynx, nosebleeds often appear suddenly after the tumor tissue erosion and rupture in middle and late stages.
Sudden nosebleed may be related to many factors, so it is recommended to consult doctor for clear diagnosis.
