The CT manifestations of aortic coarctation are related to different anatomical types, mainly in the following aspects: 1, the aortic wall is not a complete layer, but divided into two layers, or even into multiple layers, that is, two layers of aortic wall manifestations are clearly seen; 2, obvious ruptures are visible on the inner side of the aortic wall, mostly at the close end of the aortic wall, that is, the root of the aorta, the arch or the proximal end of the descending aorta; 3, some special types, that is, the coarctation formed by penetrating ulcers, are visible with obvious boundaries between the pseudolumen and the true lumen, and some of the thrombi in the pseudolumen are diffused longer from the proximal to the distal end, and obvious ruptures are visible.
