Exercise leakage generally refers to urinary incontinence after exercise. Physiologic may be related to obesity, sphincter relaxation. Pathologic may be related to estrogen deficiency, constipation, chronic bronchitis and so on. If physiological reasons are excluded, it is recommended that the patient go to the hospital in a timely manner to clarify the cause of the disease. 1. Physiological (1) Obesity: excessive obesity fat accumulation, so that the bladder is compressed, and when the intra-abdominal pressure increases during exercise, it will induce urinary incontinence. (2) sphincter relaxation: often after vaginal delivery, due to the relaxation of the urethral sphincter, resulting in increased intra-abdominal pressure during exercise induced incontinence. 2. Pathologic (1) Estrogen deficiency: low estrogen levels in women lead to relaxation of pelvic support structures, atrophy of the urethral mucosa, decreased closure, and decreased ability to control urine. (2) Constipation: Chronic constipation puts the abdominal cavity in a state of pressure for a long time, leading to impaired elasticity of the pelvic floor muscular ligaments, and then post-exercise urinary incontinence may occur. (3) Chronic bronchitis: patients mainly show symptoms such as chronic cough, sputum and wheezing. Due to the long-term pressure in the abdominal cavity, the elasticity of the pelvic floor muscle ligaments is damaged, causing urinary incontinence. If physiological causes are ruled out, patients are advised to go to the hospital in time to clarify the cause of the disease.
