The dislocated bone can be treated by the following methods: first, the dislocation should first be reset, if the pain is severe and the patient cannot cooperate, the reset can be performed under anesthesia to avoid violent reset and prevent fracture; second, the dislocation should be given joint braking for 4-6 weeks after reset to facilitate the repair of the joint capsule and surrounding soft tissues. During the period of fixation, functional exercise of the adjacent joint muscles should be insisted on to avoid joint stiffness and muscle atrophy; thirdly, intermittent cold compress treatment should be applied to the dislocated joint for 20-30 minutes each time and again after 30-60 minutes for 6-8 times a day, which can reduce local swelling, relieve painful symptoms and facilitate soft tissue repair; fourthly, the cold compress should be changed to intermittent hot compress for 6-8 times a day for 5-7 days after resetting, which can facilitate soft tissue repair. 8 times a day for 30 minutes each time, which can promote swelling and local inflammatory reaction to subside quickly.
