Difference between H. pylori and H. pylori

Helicobacter pylori and Helicobacter pylori are the names of the same bacteria, only differing in shape. H. pylori is an anaerobic bacterium that can survive in the environment of gastric acid. The shape is divided into rod-shaped and spiral-shaped, and in the detailed classification, the rod-shaped one will be called H. pylori and the spiral-shaped one will be called H. pylori. Whether it is rod-shaped or spiral-shaped, it belongs to Gram-negative bacillus. H. pylori can live in the stomach after entering the stomach, which will not only stimulate excessive secretion of gastric acid, but also cause peptic ulcers and even induce the appearance of gastric cancer disease. To find out whether there is H. pylori in the stomach, the diagnosis can be confirmed by gastroscopy and breath test. For patients with positive test results, they should be treated promptly with quadruple therapy, that is, two antibiotics plus bismuth and acid-suppressive drugs.
