Uterine diverticulum is most commonly seen after cesarean section and can generally be treated conservatively or surgically. 1. Conservative treatment. Mild uterine diverticulum, clinical manifestations are not obvious or there is no need for pregnancy, nearly menopausal women, can be under the guidance of the doctor using estrogen, oral contraceptive treatment, such as taking deoxypregnene ethinyl estradiol tablets, ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets and other drugs. 2. Surgical treatment. If the diverticulum of the uterus causes obvious increase in menstrual flow, menstrual bleeding, or there is a demand for fertility, but the diverticulum has the risk of uterine rupture and so on, it is recommended that surgical treatment, hysteroscopic excision of the diverticulum around the scar tissue, or uterine diverticulectomy to repair the scar and other treatments.
