Speech incoherence after cerebral infarction should mainly be given speech function rehabilitation training, along with acupuncture treatment and active treatment of cerebral infarction. For patients with cerebral infarction, if they have incoherent speech, it is due to the speech dysfunction caused by the cerebral infarction itself, which is incomplete motor aphasia, and the patient mainly shows incoherent speech, however, can understand the meaning of others’ speech. Patients can also have complete motor aphasia, which is mainly characterized by the inability to speak, but the ability to understand the meaning of others’ speech. Sensory aphasia is when the patient is able to speak, but is unable to understand what is being said. Mixed aphasia means that the patient can neither speak nor understand the meaning of others’ speech. Speech dysfunction after cerebral infarction is mainly seen in left-sided lesions.
