However, it should be used with caution in cases of loose stools (thin and unformed feces) due to spleen deficiency. Cassia seeds are used to clear the liver and brighten the eyes, for eye redness and astringent pain, shyness and tearfulness (eyes afraid of light, often tears), headache and dizziness, darkness and uncertainty of the eyes, constipation. It is not suitable for people with loose stools due to Qi deficiency. These drugs are recommended to be used under the guidance of a doctor.
