Flumatinib refers to flumatinib mesylate, and both flumatinib mesylate and imatinib are also drugs for treating chronic granulocytic leukemia. Flumatinib mesylate is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of Bcr-abl positive chronic myeloid leukemia (Ph+ CML) in adult patients in the chronic phase. Common adverse reactions include diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, nausea, abdominal discomfort, and toothache. 2. Imatinib: belongs to the Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is used for the treatment of recently diagnosed adult patients with Ph+ chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in the chronic phase. Note hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipient components of the product. The most common adverse reactions are edema, nausea, vomiting, painful muscle spasms.
